From single part to full machine: designed, calculated, ready-to-manufacture drawings.

Qualified technical product designer specialising in machine and plant engineering. I design parts, assemblies and smaller machines in Autodesk Fusion 360 — including calculations (bolted/joint connections and basic strength verification), welded constructions and suitable material selection — and deliver standard-compliant, fully dimensioned manufacturing drawings. A trained professional, hands-on, no agency overhead.

Output formats STEP · DWG · DXF · STL · PDF

Who designs

Dennis Pfaus

Technical Product Designer · Machine & Plant Engineering

A qualified technical product designer specialising in machine and plant engineering. At Pavonic Design you talk directly to the person who designs — and who also does the maths: bolt and joint calculations, weld-appropriate design, material selection. Hands-on and production-ready rather than pretty pictures.

Smaller machines and assemblies I design on my own, larger plants in cooperation. Based in Vaihingen, Germany, I work remotely and therefore across Europe (incl. Switzerland and Norway) — coordination kept lean via email, phone or video call.
